There’s rarely a quiet shift at a go-kart track. One minute a birthday group is arriving, the next a bunch of friends are deciding who gets to call themselves the group’s Verstappen — and meanwhile the next race is already lining up on the grid.
That is why we are looking for new people to join the team: people who are good with guests, stay sharp when things get busy and can keep a cool head through a packed afternoon.
Clear communication, reliability, attention and a cool head matter because guests should never have to notice that a hundred things are happening behind the scenes.
Experience in hospitality or other people-facing work is a plus, but the right attitude matters more and you may still be exactly who we are looking for without it.
